Registration

Participants must register before 20 March 2026 (click on the banner below):

Early bird registration deadline: 15 January 2026. 

Note that at least one of the authors should be registered for the conference before the 31st of December, in order to have the paper included in the conference proceedings (Springer book).

Prices

Cancellation: 
•    Up to 2 months in advance, free of charge, subject to an administrative fee of 50 euros.
•    Up to 1 month in advance, 50% refund.
•    Less than 1 month in advance: no refund, but you can send a replacement.
 
Changes:
•    Registrations can be changed up to 1 month in advance.
